Carfax employees love their workplace

carfax-300If you treat your employees well, they will voice their appreciation. Such is the case at Carfax, in which the company was recognized recently by employer review site Glassdoor as one of the ‘Best places to Work’ in the U.S. for 2015.

“This recognition from Glassdoor is a remarkable achievement for Team Carfax,” said Adrienne Webster, Vice-President, Human Resources, in a press release. “Our team’s constant expression of pride, confidence and enjoyment from helping our customers and fellow employees is what makes Carfax so unique.”

Carfax employees said they enjoy a positive work-life balance, meetings conducted on beanbag chairs, a generous paid leave and holiday schedule, and fitness and team-oriented competitions and outings.

This is not the first time Carfax has been awarded this kind of distinction, said the company. The company has also earned a similar title in its headquarters of Virginia by Virginia Business for the fourth straight year, as well as mention in Inside Columbia’s CEO magazine, The Washington Post and The Washingtonian.
